Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We accept returns and exchanges on eligible items. Items must be in their original unworn condition with attached tags and original packaging, and returned to the address provided in the return/exchange form within 14 days of delivery. Please contact info@almostsomeday.com before mailing your package to confirm availability and eligibility. Almost Someday is not responsible for return shipping charges. Please obtain a tracking number, as we are not responsible for lost packages. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method. All exchanges are subject to existing stock. Returns and exchanges are not available on sale or discounted items.

DEFECTS 

If you believe your item is defective, please email us at info@almostsomeday.com with photos and a description of the defect within 14 days of delivery. Defective claims are reviewed at our discretion. Items that have been misused or where care instructions have not been followed are not eligible for a defective claim.

STORE CREDIT 

Any store credit issued will be valid for one year from the date issued.
